Winover is seeking a Mid-Level Database Administrator to administer, monitor, optimize, secure, and maintain SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL environments supporting Contact Center operations. The role includes performance tuning, incident resolution, backup and recovery, access control, deployment and migration support, automation, documentation, production change management, and critical incident handling. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, at least three years of database administration experience, and knowledge of the listed databases, SQL, security, automation, and related tools.
