Description
The IVD Field Service Engineer provides technical support, installations, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for hematology, biochemistry, glycated hemoglobin, immunology, and ESR diagnostic equipment. The role diagnoses and resolves equipment failures, supports internal and external customers, manages service-call priorities, follows technical procedures, and travels to provide on-site service. Candidates should be pursuing or have completed engineering, technical, electronics, mechatronics, automation, or related education; prior technical-support and equipment-maintenance experience is required, while medical-equipment and IVD experience are assets.
