Description
A Construtora Tenda is hiring an Analista in the Technical Area to manage the development of housing projects, control schedules, coordinate with designers and public agencies, support construction approvals and documentation, analyze and improve project concepts, develop budgets, and resolve project questions for the works. The role requires a complete higher education degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urbanism, intermediate AutoCAD and Excel knowledge, and basic Revit knowledge is a plus. The position offers a hybrid schedule with two home-office days per week and benefits including health insurance, transportation, education support, and family assistance.
