Description
The employer is hiring an Infrastructure Estimator for underground infrastructure projects in the Amsterdam region. The role prepares cost prices and budgets, analyzes specifications and drawings, determines material, equipment, and labor costs, evaluates supplier and subcontractor quotations, identifies risks and optimizations, and supports tenders and quotation processes. Candidates need an MBO+ or HBO qualification in relevant civil, infrastructure, electrical, or technical business administration fields, approximately 2 to 5 years of infrastructure estimation or work-planning experience, knowledge of underground infrastructure and cables and pipelines, and excellent Dutch language skills. The gross monthly salary is €3,800 to €4,700, with a contract offering permanent employment prospects and additional benefits.
