Description
The Implementation Analyst will map and understand client business areas and processes, configure VIASOFT's web-based ERP and CRM solutions, provide consulting and continuous-improvement recommendations, train users, and collaborate with internal teams. The role serves agribusiness clients, requires a bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Information Systems, or a related field, and experience in agribusiness, software implementation, and configuration. Work may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, with on-site availability in Pato Branco.
