Aegro is hiring a Mid-Level Implementation Analyst for its Customer Success area to lead complex implementations involving multiple modules, integrations, and large operations. The role maps customer processes, validates and migrates data, triages risks, manages implementation timelines, leads technical training, and develops workflows and guides. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, implementation or configuration experience, data migration and integration knowledge, spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, advanced AI and automation proficiency, and strong communication and consultative abilities.
