The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, managing stakeholder expectations, mentoring junior consultants, improving implementation processes, and collaborating with product and development teams. Candidates need several years of software implementation, IT consulting, or business analysis experience, knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, or fleet management, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects. The position requires Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a personal pathway to permanent residency, does not offer visa sponsorship, and provides hybrid work with two days per week at the office.
