The Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst will support the availability, stability, and security of the company's IT infrastructure by providing first- and second-level technical support, managing hardware, operating systems, networks, servers, workstations, and IT assets, and maintaining documentation and security policies. The role is based in Guaxupé, Minas Gerais, and requires 100% on-site work.
