Description
The Insider Threat Program Manager will collect and analyze policy and disparate information to support the NNSA Insider Protection Program Manager and local insider threat working groups in preventing, detecting, and responding to insider activity. The role develops enterprise-wide insider threat risk mitigation strategies, coordinates data-access processes, tracks remediation actions, and works with stakeholders to assess human, financial, and technical resources. It is a full-time on-site position in Germantown, Maryland, with 20% travel, and requires seven years of cybersecurity or security experience, one year supporting a federal agency or cleared federal contractor insider threat program, relevant certifications, and an active Q or TS clearance with SCI eligibility or a favorable Tier V background investigation.
