Description
The Mid-Level IT Engineer will devise and implement IT solutions for clients, support first-line support requests, analyze problems to identify root causes, and work independently while keeping IT knowledge current. The role requires an ICT-related MBO level 4 diploma, HBO-level working and thinking ability, relevant IT Engineer experience, and willingness to obtain Microsoft and Microsoft 365 certifications. Fluent Dutch is essential, and living near the employer is preferred for partly office-based work.
