Torch Technologies is hiring a Mid-Level Lead Systems Engineer/Analyst to support its Air & Missile Defense Business Unit. The role develops and reviews system and software plans, documentation, verification and validation results, performance analyses, post-processing tools, and remediations; records defects; and participates in customer meetings. It requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of software development, modeling and simulation, or data analysis experience, 5+ years leading technical teams, an active Secret clearance, and strong Windows and Linux knowledge. The position is customer-site, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with up to 10% travel, and offers medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
