Fenwick is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support state, federal, and ITC litigation, including court rules, procedures, discovery, and electronic discovery. The role is based in Mountain View, California, or New York, New York, with a hybrid schedule requiring three onsite days per week and 37.5 hours per week. Candidates should have at least three years of litigation experience, strong research and organizational skills, Excel and database experience, and a four-year degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate. The anticipated base salary is $85,000 to $133,750, with a discretionary bonus for eligible employees.
