Vale is hiring a Project Management Officer in Ed João C Belesa MATRICIAIS, Vitória, ES. The role supports the Directorate of Current Investments Implementation by tracking plans, targets, schedules, deliverables, and deviations; monitoring action plans and corrective actions; maintaining management routines and organizational documentation; preparing executive reports and presentations; and coordinating with managers, department coordinators, and contractors. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience with management and project governance, knowledge of VPS or similar systems, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications include project management specialization, Power BI, Lean or operational excellence knowledge, and experience in mining or industrial environments.
