G2 Ops is hiring a Model-Based System Engineer in San Diego to develop and maintain submarine communications platform models using Cameo Systems Modeler and Model-Based Systems Engineering practices. The role supports the Navy’s transition to digital engineering, maintains authoritative system models, and collaborates with systems engineers and technical stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline, at least three years of relevant systems or MBSE experience, Cameo Systems Modeler experience, and an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. The position is full-time, in-office with hybrid or flexible scheduling available based on program requirements, and pays $90,000–$130,000 annually plus benefits.
