Description
The role develops, reviews, and revises NPDES permits and related regulatory documents; characterizes wastewater sources and treatment systems; establishes technology-based and water-quality-based effluent limitations; prepares monitoring, reporting, compliance, and pretreatment requirements; and coordinates with permitting authorities, facilities, technical specialists, and clients. The position requires experience with NPDES or related water programs, a degree in an environmental or related discipline, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel locally and across the United States as needed.
