BYD Auto is hiring an Occupational Safety Engineer to develop and monitor occupational safety and fire-protection programs, conduct industrial risk assessments, manage emergency response plans and drills, coordinate with fire and regulatory agencies, inspect facilities and safety systems, investigate incidents, manage risks involving chemical and flammable products, and deliver safety training. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, industrial safety experience, knowledge of Brazilian regulatory and fire-protection standards, and on-site availability in Camaçari, Bahia.
