The employer is hiring a Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor in Reston, Virginia to develop, organize, and deliver advanced Open-Source Intelligence training for government customers. The role includes creating curricula and e-learning content, managing training logistics, incorporating emerging OSINT tactics, techniques, and procedures, leading instruction, evaluating student performance, and collaborating with government personnel and subject matter experts. Required qualifications include U.S. citizenship, an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph, Intelligence Community experience, All-Source or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience, eight years of training and curriculum development experience, and a related bachelor’s degree.
