BMC is hiring a mid-level advisor in the physical living environment and spatial planning to lead complex spatial procedures and projects for municipalities and environmental services. The role advises management and elected officials on housing, sustainability, mobility, and other spatial issues; connects policy areas; and ensures plans are legally sound and socially valuable. The position requires public-sector spatial-process experience, knowledge of the Environment and Planning Act, and strong stakeholder-management skills. It offers a gross monthly salary of €4,500 to €7,500, an Individual Choice Budget, vacation days, transportation support, a pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
