Description

Isla is hiring a mid-level Product Designer to improve UX and UI for complex clinical and patient-facing healthcare experiences. The role works across discovery, design, delivery, and iteration, partners with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Safety, experiments with AI tools in the design workflow, and helps maintain an accessible, inclusive, AI-ready design system. The position is remote within the United Kingdom with required travel to London at least four times annually and offers a salary of £45,200–£58,000 plus flexible working, share options, leave, wellbeing or private medical benefits, pension, and other benefits.
