Description
The Manufacturing Analyst role at Spirit AeroSystems analyzes manufacturing methods, facilities, equipment, capacity plans, processes, and production data; develops shop schedules and labor standards; coordinates resource allocation; and implements process improvements. The role requires at least five years of manufacturing experience, shop-floor planning experience, MRP proficiency, and stakeholder presentation skills.
