Young Group is hiring a Mid-Level Project Manager to manage facilities and accommodation projects for clients throughout the Netherlands. The role covers project organization, schedules, accommodation concepts, construction oversight, handover, closeout, procurement, tenders, and advisory assignments, with a 1-year appointment that may lead to permanent employment. Applicants need at least three years of project management experience in facilities or accommodation, a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, project management certificates, Dutch and English proficiency, willingness to travel, and BHV and VCA-VOL certificates or willingness to obtain them. The position offers 32–40 hours, partly remote work, a profit-sharing scheme, pension contributions, and a company lease car.
