CACI is hiring a full-time Mid-Level Scrum Master to support Agile teams delivering software enhancements and modernization for a federal Grant Solutions program. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams in Agile practices, removes impediments, coordinates dependencies and releases, tracks delivery metrics and risks, and supports compliance with federal IT governance requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of Agile software delivery experience including two years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, and the ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust. The position offers up to 10% local travel and a proposed salary range of $63,300-$129,700.
