Peloton is hiring a Mid Level Software Engineer for its Content AI Team to design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor scalable microservices supporting search, voice, subtitles, and other core platform features. The role focuses on backend cloud application systems, APIs, observability, performance optimization, CI/CD, and production support, with collaboration across engineering, product, design, and QA. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least three years of backend software development experience, and familiarity with languages, frameworks, databases, cloud services, containerization, deployment tooling, and monitoring. The position is based at Peloton’s New York City headquarters and offers a base salary of 212,500–250,000 PLN, plus health, equity, retirement, and other benefits.
