Description
Tangram Flex is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to develop, test, optimize, and integrate software for open mission systems. The role involves C/C++, Java, Python, or Rust development; system testing and performance analysis; Agile SDLC participation; customer and cross-functional support; and stakeholder communication. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or an equivalent technical field, at least three years of software engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance. The position is based in Dayton, Ohio, with hybrid work options and travel to client sites and industry conferences.
