Topstep is hiring a Mid-Level Software Engineer to build and maintain production services and APIs supporting real-time trading, market data delivery, and brokerage integrations. The role primarily uses C# and .NET in cloud-native, high-throughput systems, with occasional React/TypeScript frontend work. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature ownership, RESTful API and service development, automated testing, database work, observability, incident response, code reviews, debugging, and collaboration with product and design.
