Countus Groep is hiring a Mid-Level Spatial Planning Advisor to support entrepreneurs and colleagues with spatial planning, permits, zoning procedures, and developments under the Environment and Planning Act, particularly in rural areas. The role involves advising on environmental legislation, coordinating with municipalities and other stakeholders, identifying project opportunities, and collaborating on projects such as red-for-red schemes, subdivisions, urban infill, housing conversions, and repurposing. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,068.14 to €5,920.25 based on 40 hours, plus an 8.4% holiday allowance, flexible hours, hybrid working, and access to various Countus Groep offices.
