CCBS is hiring a full-time Mid-Level Supervisor in Northern California for a clinician-owned ABA agency. The role provides clinical responsibility while building supervised fieldwork hours for a master's student or recent ABA graduate on the path to BCBA certification. Duties include caregiver and behavioral skills training, treatment planning, assessments, report writing, supervising BTs and RBTs, and collaborating with BCBAs across telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills settings. The position pays $32–$40 per hour for clinical hours, offers 35–40 hours per week, includes RBT credentialing and field supervision, and provides medical, dental, vision, paid leave, and mileage benefits.
