Description
The IT Asset Manager will control and track customer-facing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, reconcile physical inventory with system records, monitor utilization and performance, manage equipment transfers and returns, prepare reports, ensure contractual compliance, coordinate with technical support, logistics, and sales, and support sustainable disposal and reverse logistics. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, English fluency, knowledge of networks and ticket-management tools, and 3 to 5 years of experience. The position is based at Simpress headquarters in Santana de Parnaíba, São Paulo, with travel for pickup and training.
