Replit is hiring a full-time Mid-Market Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid-market SaaS and developer-tool customers, driving retention, renewal, expansion, onboarding, adoption, and strategic guidance. The role requires 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience, strong communication and consultative selling skills, CRM proficiency, and comfort with AI, automation, and product usage data.
