OnTrac is hiring a remote Mid-Market Account Manager focused on New England, with work permitted in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals. The role sells OnTrac delivery solutions to existing customers, manages account activities, supports customer success reporting and sales initiatives, and strengthens customer relationships through business reviews and events. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4–8 years of account management or related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The expected starting base pay is $67,200–$84,000, with a potential base salary range of $67,200–$100,800 over tenure, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
