Ashby is hiring a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers. The role handles approximately 15 active implementations at a time, each lasting 4–8 weeks, and involves customer-facing planning, stakeholder alignment, technical configuration, change management, process recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires extensive implementation and onboarding experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, familiarity with complex multi-module SaaS systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel less than 10% for customer engagements.
