Description
Ashby is hiring a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers. The role handles approximately 15 active implementations lasting 4–8 weeks, develops implementation plans, coordinates stakeholders, supports customer onboarding, manages change, advises on best practices, and collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations. The position requires extensive implementation and project management experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, technical familiarity with complex multi-module SaaS systems, strong customer communication, and the ability to work remotely with less than 10% travel.
