Description
Renesas is recruiting four semiconductor process-engineering roles to develop and mass-produce intermediate and back-end processes for its Smart Power Stage products. The WET Process Engineer focuses on wet-etching technologies; the Integration Engineer on metallization and integration; the Metal Deposition Engineer on metal deposition; and the Lithography Engineer on lithography. Each role supports process development, manufacturing ramp-up, quality and yield improvement, new materials and methods, and cost reduction, with a technical degree and at least two years of relevant experience required.
