Description
Renesas is hiring multiple semiconductor process engineers for a new department focused on intermediate and back-end manufacturing technologies, including WET processes, integration, metal deposition, and lithography. The roles support process development, production-line startup, mass production, quality and yield improvement, new-material and new-method development, and cost reduction. Each role requires at least two years of relevant semiconductor process experience, material or equipment development experience, and a technical degree; power-device knowledge, reliability testing, process improvement, and ISO/IATF experience are preferred.
