Imagry is hiring a Mid-Senior Algorithm Engineer to develop motion planning and decision-making algorithms for autonomous vehicles. The full-time, on-site role is based in San Jose, California, and offers a growth path toward team leadership. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on algorithm engineering experience, a master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, and expertise in areas such as motion planning, decision making, optimization, reinforcement learning, guidance, or LLM fine-tuning. Python and C++ proficiency are required, while experience in a robotics or autonomous-systems R&D team is a bonus.
