Description
Avenga is hiring a Middle Embedded Engineer (Industrial Automation/Embedded) to analyze and modernize legacy PLC-based industrial automation systems. The role supports migration and re-architecture initiatives, refactors monolithic code into modular architectures, applies object-oriented programming and state-machine approaches, optimizes memory mapping and tag structures, and collaborates with Wind River and customer stakeholders on system integration and technical recommendations. The position requires at least two years of PLC development or industrial automation experience, knowledge of major PLC ecosystems, and the ability to work in international cross-functional teams.
