appflame is hiring a Growth Manager for its Mailkeeper SaaS product, which manages email marketing, push notifications, and PWA channels for external partners. The role leads partner growth, owns metrics and revenue, develops hypotheses and A/B tests, manages campaigns and sender-reputation issues, ships technical changes, and builds repeatable onboarding processes. Candidates need at least one year of commercial B2C product experience, analytical and communication skills, AI automation experience, basic technical literacy, and upper-intermediate English. The position can be done from the company office or remotely.
