Description
The role is an AI Software Engineer joining one of two customer initiatives: ChatCPI, an LLM-powered assistant for intelligent search and question answering over large technical documentation, or a Knowledge Graph Platform focused on structuring and connecting enterprise information. Responsibilities include designing and implementing LLM-based features and RAG pipelines, optimizing retrieval with vector embeddings and hybrid search, preparing and structuring source information, evaluating model quality, integrating AI components, and owning end-to-end design, testing, and deployment. The role requires at least three years of commercial software development experience, at least two years of AI/ML project experience, strong Python skills, and practical experience with LLMs, RAG, vector embeddings, and hybrid search.
