Description
The Instructional Manager at LEAD Public Schools supervises and develops teachers, conducts instructional coaching and performance reviews, supports implementation of Tennessee academic standards and the LEAD academic model, and facilitates professional learning. The role requires a valid teaching license and eligibility for Tennessee licensure, at least three years of exemplary teaching experience, coaching experience, and experience leading adult educational teams; a bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree is preferred.
