KIPP Columbus is hiring an Inclusion Intervention Specialist to provide push-in, small-group instruction and direct intervention for students with disabilities in general and special education settings. The role includes implementing IEPs and behavioral intervention plans, differentiating instruction, collaborating with general education teachers, supporting families and multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with special education laws. A bachelor’s degree and current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or willingness to obtain certification are required; prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
