Description
The Math Interventionist provides small-group instruction to middle and high school students struggling with foundational math skills, plans individualized lessons, uses LEAD Public Schools’ research-based math intervention curriculum, assesses and monitors student progress, analyzes individual data, communicates progress to families and staff, and participates in coaching, professional development, and professional learning communities. The role requires 2–3 years of experience working with children or young adults, relevant teaching or special-education experience, a data-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred for uncertified applicants.
