Description
The Teacher will develop and deliver standards-aligned curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and rigorous instruction in whole-class and individual settings. The role also includes analyzing student achievement data, providing academic support, collaborating with staff and families, enforcing school systems, and participating in professional development. Required qualifications include eligibility for a Tennessee Professional Educator License and a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree, Tennessee license, content-area certification, urban education experience, technological proficiency, communication skills, organization, and bilingual ability are preferred or desired.
