Description
The PSOE Classroom Teacher delivers direct instruction in middle school mathematics for grades 6–8, including curriculum implementation, lesson planning, data-driven instruction, assessments, grading, conferences, and classroom management. The role also supports students with exceptional needs through IEPs, 504 plans, and related documentation, maintains family and community communication, and contributes to school committees and special projects. Required qualifications include a valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree in education, and experience in a similar setting; preferred qualifications include charter-school experience and technology proficiency.
