Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is hiring a part-time virtual Middle School Math Tutor to provide small-group instruction during school-day hours. The role involves engaging middle school math instruction, documenting student progress, communicating with parents and teachers, adapting to learning differences, and supporting student confidence and academic skills. The schedule is flexible between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM EDT, Monday through Friday, with no requirement to work all six hours. Applicants need at least three years of teaching or tutoring experience with middle school-aged students, two years of virtual tutoring experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a reliable internet connection and computer.
