Overtown Youth Center is hiring a Middle School Program Coordinator to support youth and families through recruitment, program implementation, case coordination, referrals, documentation, and liaison work with partner schools. The role includes chaperoning outings, coordinating academic-support services, maintaining student records, and conducting in-school rotations at least four days per week during the school year. Candidates need 3–5 years of youth-program experience, a high school diploma, DCF Childcare certification within six months, strong communication and organizational skills, basic Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
