Springfield Prep Charter School is hiring a Special Education Teacher in Springfield, Massachusetts. The role plans and delivers pull-out instruction and push-in support, manages IEPs and progress reports, coordinates with classroom teachers, families, and service providers, differentiates instruction using student data, and supports student behavior and relationships. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree by the start of the school year, commit to the 7:25 a.m.–3:35 p.m. schedule, and classroom teaching experience or certification is preferred. The salary range is $58,000–$90,000, with paid family leave and Massachusetts Teacher Retirement System benefits.
