Middle/Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Python, AI) at Exadel

Exadel is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to work onsite in client environments and lead the discovery, design, development, deployment, evaluation, and delivery of production-grade AI agents, integrations, data pipelines, and applications. The role requires hands-on technical delivery, client-facing experience, advanced Python, and expertise in LLM-backed or agentic systems, including prompt and context engineering, agent architecture, evaluation, drift monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls. The engineer will coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, document solutions, train client teams, and for the Senior level, lead executive discovery and pod execution while mentoring other Forward Deployed Engineers.
