AgileEngine is hiring a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account-security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. The role covers problem framing, multi-path flow exploration, MVP work, audits, future-state concepts, production-ready designs, usability validation, design QA, and engineering scoping. Candidates need 3–5 years of UX design experience, Figma expertise, technical fluency, experience with complex multi-path flows and established design systems, and the ability to collaborate with product management and engineering. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including working from home and going to the office.
