Description
The Department of Social Services’ Information Technology Services is recruiting one IT Project Specialist to function as a Middleware Developer. The role develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and supports middleware applications; analyzes requirements and technical specifications; manages project tasks, timelines, and risks; maintains middleware databases and information systems; and supports end users through technical documentation and service-management tickets. The position uses Java, ESQL, IBM Integration Toolkit, IBM MQ Explorer, Oracle SQL Developer, Jira, and Confluence, and requires a bachelor’s or associate degree plus substantial relevant experience.
