Description
The Middleware Support Engineer will provide technical support and maintenance for middleware systems that enable application integration and data exchange at Allianz Technology Malaysia’s Regional Delivery Center. The role monitors middleware environments, diagnoses and resolves connectivity, performance, and integration issues, performs maintenance and upgrades, supports application developers and IT teams, maintains documentation, manages security, and contributes to cloud infrastructure, automation, and global service delivery. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, middleware support or system administration experience, knowledge of middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, or Apache Kafka, scripting and automation skills, and availability for on-call or scheduled maintenance work.
